Account Assistant
>Summary of Position:
Reporting to Accountant, handle full set of accounts.
Responsibilities:
Assists in day – to day accounting & administrative duties.
To provide good internal & external customer service support.
General invoices, delivery orders, documents, and system update.
Compiling, maintaining, and updating company records
Stock count and recordings
Able to handle multi-tasks and any other ad-hoc task upon request from HOD
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Accounting LCCI.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
Experience in SAP is an advantage.
At least 3 years working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Positive working attitude and able to work in team.
Willingness and ability to manage deadlines and manage large quantities of data.
Applicants must be willing to work in Puchong.
Good working knowledge of English.
Able immediately or within short notice.
