Kelvion – Together, We Shape the Future

This is new role located in Swiebodzice (Poland). You will join our Material Planning Department and will report directly to Material Planning Manager. 

The aim of this position is to ensure adequate level of materials and components supply to meet production requirements. On the daily basis you will cooperate with suppliers and colleagues from other local functions, especially from procurement, manufacturing, warehouse, accounting and technology departments.

 

What you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring supply of materials/components to meet production requirements and optimal inventory levels;
  • Monitoring and evaluating suppliers' OTD;
  • Identifying critical points and preparing contingency plan;
  • Building and developing good relationships with suppliers;
  • Ensuring inventory optimization to counteract overstocking and material shortages;
  • Checking and updating supplier lead time and minimum order;
  • Expediting/delaying/cancelling existing orders;
  • Setting appropriate safety stock / time parameters;
  • Close cooperation with warehouse administration / procurement / accounting / technology and suppliers to ensure invoice accuracy by investigating discrepancies related to assigned products.

About you:

  • Experience in a similar position;
  • Native Polish and knowledge of English at a communicative level in speech and writing (min. B2);
  • Good knowledge of MS Office Word, Excel;
  • Strong analytical, planning and problem-solving skills;
  • Good interpersonal, negotiation and influencing skills;
  • Ability to work under time pressure.
