Kelvion – Together, We Shape the Future

This role is located in Swiebodzice (Poland). You will join our Production Planning  Department and report directly to Production Planning Manager. 
The aim of this position is to schedule the production plan to optimally use available resources and monitor the plan execution.

What you will be responsible for:
•    Scheduling the work of production areas in terms of optimal use of available resources;
•    Conducting analyses, comparisons and collecting data necessary for the correct preparation of production plans;
•    Cooperating with the purchasing department in order to continuously control the availability of components for planned production schedules;
•    Monitoring, reporting and recording the degree of implementation of production plans;
•    Forecasting production capacity in comparison to the size of orders.

About you:
•    Graduate degree (preferred in Logistics or Production Management Engineering);
•    At least 2 years’ experience in a similar position (experience in the maintenance of warehouse facilities preferred);
•    Native Polish and knowledge of English at a communicative level in speech and writing (min. B2); 
•    Practical knowledge of ERP programs;
•    Highly developed analytical thinking skills;
•    Highly developed communication skills.
