The role:

You will join our global Product Development Department and will focus on fin heat exchangers field. You will report directly to Head of Product Development Fin & Head of Fin Research. 

The aim of this position is to develop of new product ranges and product maintenance of existing series. On the daily basis you will cooperate especially with colleagues from both global and local functions: Research & Innovation, New Product Implementations, Product Line Management, Global Sales Engineering, Drawing Offices, Production, Quality and Purchasing.

This is new role, located in Swiebodzice (Poland). You could work in Hybrid mode. The role requires several business trips per year. 

 

What you will be responsible for:

  • Implementation of changes (e.g. due to complaints, suppliers, etc.) in the series product;
  • Technical support of complaints;
  • Coordination of change services (product maintenance) to all parties involved (internal, external);
  • Design of fin heat exchanger and their components with CAD software;
  • Monitoring and ensuring smooth implementations of changes in all necessary interfaces;
  • Management of the design of new and further developments of air coolers according to PM and PLM specifications;
  • Decisions in the execution of work are assumed.

About you:

  • University or equivalent degree level of academic education related to the job scope (especially in the fields: mechanical engineering, energy);
  • Proven experience (3-5 years) in similar position experience in heat exchanger design will be a plus;
  • Business fluent in Polish and English, German will be a plus;
  • Professional knowledge of CAD Systems (Inventor and Solidworks preferred);
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Strong problem-solving skills;
  • Self-confident, goal oriented personality and ability to persuade others;
  • Experience in using ERP Systems (SAP preferred);
  • Good command in MS OFFICE;
  • Ability to cooperate in virtual environment (team located in several locations)
  • Availability to traveling (not frequent).
