A culinary trip around the whole world
29. May 2013 From Mexican quesadillas to American cheesecake and Korean bulgogi and German venison goulash: the cuisine of this world reflects its tremendous variety of cultures, traditions, and culinary tastes. Cooking together brings people together and links us all across the boundaries of this world. With the publication of this first GEA Family and Friends Cookbook, GEA would like to promote this exchange.
The approximately 100 recipes that enthused amateur cooks will find in our new cookbook were all submitted by GEA colleagues, their families, and their friends. As a result, they have granted us a look into their kitchens. By submitting their favorite recipes, they have not only contributed to a highly colorful variety of recipes – but have also supported a good purpose. All the proceeds from the sales of the GEA Family and Friends Cookbook will go to the St. Vinzenz Youth Aid organization in Bochum (Germany):
The GEA Family and Friends Cookbook is published in two languages – German and English – and can be directly purchased for the price of €10.00 as part of the Fourteenth GEA Family and Friends Vernissage on Sunday, June 30, 2013, beginning at 12:00 noon at the GEA Center on Dorstener Strasse 484, in 44809 Bochum (Germany). Ordering is also possible at email@example.com by e-mail.
The women and men at GEA as well as their family and friends wish you all the best of fun while trying out the recipes.
