Marketing & Communication Manager DACH, France, UK
>Main duties:
Collaborate with internal/external media organizations and advertising agencies, brainstorming innovative ideas for new campaigns
Work with internal stakeholders (central marketing, front end sales, etc.) and keep them informed about campaign plans, status, and results to ensure that staff meets expected deadlines and completes necessary tasks
Project management of digital campaigns through creative development production
Manage the marketing budget and own the development of roadmap planning for the region including negotiating contract for services needed to execute a marketing strategy
Oversee and implement all marketing andcommunication campaigns for company/departments
Ensure the company is communicating the right messaging to attract prospective customers and retain existing ones.
Represent the marketing and communication team to cross-functional groups including product management, sales, or customer support
Updating senior leadership on the progress of marketing activities and reporting on the results of those campaigns
To be successful in this role therefore you will:
Be able to show proven success of supporting a growing European foot print, establishing new product markets and growing existing ones from a marketing perspective
Be very comfortable working as part of an international business collaborating on global initiatives being able to interpret and drive these for the region
Proven experience in leading key B2B marketing approaches (ex: lead generation) with demonstrated expertise in utilizing B2B marketing to generate both revenue and profitability
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of the relevant international media landscape
Ability to work cross functionally and with multiple stakeholders
Experience with CRM platforms
