Job purpose:

  • Increase market share with existing customers and win new customers by supporting sales staff in preparing quotations.

  • Good knowledge of thermodynamics.
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Good knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems and MS Office

Working relationships:
Reporting to the Back Office Manager


  • Prepare quotations for our customers and distribute them in agreement with the responsible salesperson according to the applicable process
  • Interface between sales and GSS
  • Intensive communication with sales staff and customers
  • Maintain our CRM system and apply the sales process
  • Keep you informed of your performance KPIs
  • Develop versatility to increase efficiency
  • Provide support to key customers as requested by the VM Head
  • Implement the strategy defined by the Country Manager
  • Contribute to budget and strategic planning
  • Check, evaluate, prioritize and process incoming requests
  • Coordinate requests for non-standard products with the relevant departments (GSS)
  • Assist sales staff in acquiring new customers
  • Coordinate customer complaints with the responsible legal entities
  • Indirect budgetary responsibility for order entry
  • Responsibility for specific applications and products

Desired level of education and experience:
Commercial or technical vocational training and a university degree in process engineering with inside sales experience.
