Customer Experience & Business Intelligence Expert (m/w/d)

Your responsibilities

Improve the customer experience through data-driven insights

Optimize (service) sales through the use of business intelligence

Drive customer satisfaction and loyalty by identifying needs, problems and preferences

Improve strategic decision making based on data analytics

Collaborate with international teams to solve customer issues and identify trends and opportunities for improvement

Data management, quality assurance and visualization to support informed decisions

Continuously develop CRM systems and train employees to improve the customer experience

Your profile

A degree in a relevant field, ideally in marketing complemented by several years of professional experience in the areas of marketing, project management, CRM and customer intelligence
