Customer Experience & Business Intelligence Expert (m/w/d)


Your responsibilities


  • Improve the customer experience through data-driven insights
  • Optimize (service) sales through the use of business intelligence
  • Drive customer satisfaction and loyalty by identifying needs, problems and preferences
  • Improve strategic decision making based on data analytics
  • Collaborate with international teams to solve customer issues and identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Data management, quality assurance and visualization to support informed decisions
  • Continuously develop CRM systems and train employees to improve the customer experience

Your profile


  • A degree in a relevant field, ideally in marketing complemented by several years of professional experience in the areas of marketing, project management, CRM and customer intelligence
  • Strong communication and presentation skills as well as analytical thinking
  • Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work successfully in an interdisciplinary environment
  • Fluent English and German as a prerequisite, additional languages welcome
