Finance Director and PDG

The misson:

• The mission of this function is to hold full legal responsibility for our French company with its sales and service activities and related engineering and admin functions and at the same time to be a true Finance Business Partner for the wider group business
• You will be in control of all financial transactions and controlling and accountancy matters including month-end and year-end closing, compliance with tax laws, IFRS and local GAAP; you will hold responsibility for budgeting, forecasting and internal and external reporting and you will be first point of contact for internal and external auditors and authorities
• You will establish, develop and drive best in class work routines to ensure data accuracy and cost transparency in order to continuously improve the companie‘s efficiency and profitability
• You will execute all duties and responsibilities as PDG, representing the company and its staff within the group as well as externally
   

Who we are looking for:

• We are looking for a proven leader for the local management team and adept communicator for the entire workforce who brings excellent commercial and business acumen
• You are a fully qualified accountant with experience in a senior financial role; you have strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and statutory acounting standards (IFRS and local GAAP)
• You skilfully move in a corporate matrix structure and know how to balance different perspectives and requirements
