Junior Application Engineer

This is the job:

• You’re the internal interface between sales, R&D, product development and production from the initial enquiry to acceptance by the customer and are also intensively involved in communication with our customers
• Contributing to product development processes
• Providing comprehensive technical and commercial support for key customers & key projects
• Preparing market and customer analyses
• Actively participating in defining and evaluating target prices
• Acquiring new customers
• Analyzing the market development for our products and contribute to the further development of our markets
• Planning and following up visits to customers and trade shows 
• Maintaining quotation, customer and order data in our CRM system

What we are looking for:

• Technician / Master craftsman, University degree in business administration or engineering
• Fundamental thermo-dynamic knowledge
• Fluent English language skills
• Good knowledge of ERP and CRM systems and the MS Office suite
• Distinct customer orientation
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Very distinctive persuasive power and negotiation skills
• Distinct problem solving skills
• Systematic way of working
• High degree of flexibility and resiliency
• Driver’s license
• Readiness for extensive travel
