New Product Introduction Project Manager

This is the job:

• NPI PM is responsible for planning, organising and managing the completion of a project, while ensuring that it delivers the expected results on time, on budget, and within scope
• NPI PM Leads projects from concept to introduction into production, ensuring that clear & concise status is regularly communicated to stakeholders
• Run pilots to validate design assumptions and optimise design and proces by failure mode analyzis (DFMEA, PFMEA), Run FAT  
• Analyze and recommend improvements to production process and methods to facilitate cost reduction and quality improvement
• Transition of desing prototypes into cost efficient and high volume products
• Close collaboration with R&D, Product Line Managers, Industrial engineers, procurement, quality, local manufacturing, sales and others to ensure sucess of the project

What we are looking for:

• Relevant Degree in Engineering, Business or Management
• Knowledge of product and process development
• Practical hands-on experience in a time critical manufacturing or engineering environment
• Commercial awareness and strong numeracy skills with a natural flair for error checking
• Natural problem solving & project management skills
• Determination and perseverance to succeed in a highly complex environment
• Willingness to travel as needed
