QHSE Coordinator

Job purpose:
Comprehensive responsibility for local Quality, HSE and IMS topics

Skills :
- Good command of the MS Office 365 suite,
- Knowledge of WiFlow,
- Professional English (spoken and written)

Working relationships:
Reporting directly to the Wingles Site Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Implement local QM, EHS and IMS standards for a sales & service site according to Group standards.
• Safeguard the site’s adherence to legal and governmental requirements.
• develop quality management systems and processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
• Manage customer feedback and complaints, investigating root causes and implementing preventive measures.
• Ensure compliance with ISO quality standards and regulatory requirements as well as safety standards.
• Manage QM and HSE reporting according to Group standards.
• Exchange and collaborate with other sites within Kelvion group.
• Steer internal and external audits
• Develop and deliver training programs to enhance respective awareness and skills within the organization.
• Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
• Manage IMS and documentation standards

Desired level of education and experience:
Bachelor’s degree with focus on quality management or health and safety management and 3 years of working experience as QM and HSE manager, ideally in an international Group

• Experience of working in a global matrix organisation.
• Self-organising personality with a high degree of intrinsic motivation.
• An open-minded individual with excellent communication skills.
• Assertiveness and problem-solving skills.
