Responsible For: 

  • Development of the winning ‘go to market’ strategy for the commercial retail markets, from across the entire Kelvion portfolio of products and services.
  • Development of key customer network to grow the business in a sustainable and scalable way
  • Identifying and prioritising customer activities through a Miller Heimann strategic sales process
     

Purpose: 

  • Drive the increased sales of Kelvion product within the commercial retail refrigeration markets
  • Engage, develop, and grow customer base, with a focus on the full supply chain of end customers, EPC and Systems integrators.
  • Adoption of a Miller Heimann approach to selling, with focus
  • Create a clear strategy for sustainable and profitable growth through value added sales
     

Main Duties: 

The role will require active engagement across Kelvion to create a strong support network to enable growth.

 

  • Devise and implement sound strategies, governance and focus to achieve growth sales targets and achieve customer drivers around nEBIT, Sales and OI
  • Communicate sales performance data and relevant information through direct line management
  • Utilise the company CRM tool to drive data quality, activity reports and opportunity pipeline
  • Identify key customer network, including end users, EPC and integrators
  • Build a strong customer network, developing relationships with influencers and decision makers.
  • Maintain a strong pipe line off opportunities, with clear and accurate data logged on CRM.
  • Create a strong support network internally and build trust with key stakeholders critical to business success
  • Drive sales targets, key performance KPI’s, and individual objectives, in a SMART and structured manner
     

Skills, Experience & Qualifications:

Essential  

  • Proven sales professional
  • Working in similar customer sector, and/or application knowledge
  • Approximately 50% travel required.
  • Able to develop, manage, and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Must be detail oriented
  • Goal oriented/driven
  • Must have a positive and strong "can do" business related attitude
  • Strong sense of self-discipline and urgency
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills
  • Good reporting skills
  • Customer facing skills 
     

 Desirable

  • Working knowledge of Refrigeration market 
  • Technical application background within the commercial retail sector

  • Attain and sustain agreed sales, EBIT and profitability performance levels.
  • Establishing a culture of Continuous Improvement to improve quality and delivery performance, and in turn improve margin.
  • Support the design and deployment of sales strategies and grow the market
  • Establishing a proactive relationship with key stakeholders.
