Summary: Coordinate all shop service activities with objectives to promote, maintain and continually improve processes, employee relations, employee safety, protection of facility assets, product quality, and on time delivery of products. This position is responsible for successfully managing all shop service and repair orders to ensure service orders are executed to Kelvion quality standards and customer commitments and expectations.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Ability to comprehend quality work instructions, correspondence, and memos in English. Ability to read in and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization. Ability to ask leading questions to stimulate self and others in developing alternatives. Must have the ability to work well with others as well as have the interpersonal communication skills to train team members on current operating procedures and defined company standards.
Basic shop math. Ability to accurately measure and to translate between decimal and fractional forms. Ability to effectively use a calculator or computer to perform more involved calculations of multiplication, division, etc. Ability to reason logically and develop both practical and creative solutions to problems
Analytical problem-solving and decision-making ability. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Employee will be working in a manufacturing area and customer’s environments, which has moving mechanical equipment and vibration, Employee must be able to work in wet or humid condition, work in high, precarious place, hazards associated with fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, and employee will work in extreme heat, hazards associated with risk of electrical shock.
