Working relationships:

      Reporting to the Sales Director France and Responsibility for local team in charge of Inside Sales Service including service technicians.


- Manage Inside Sales team for

       ➢ Preparation of quotations for our customers IMPR0250 080311 D

       ➢ Interface between sales, and GSS

       ➢ Intensive communication with Sellers & customers

       ➢ Maintain our CRM system & apply sales process

- Implement BO management with proper KPI to monitor involvement and performance of the team including claim management

- Communicate sales performance data and relevant information to management & team

- Conduct performance / salary reviews and annual interviews for each direct report

- Implement polyvalence in the team

- Leadership and development of the team

- Follow key accounts with Service Sellers VM heads

- Provide support for key customers on VM head request

- Apply strategy defined by country head

- Contribute to the budget & strategic planning

- Check, evaluate, prioritize and process the incoming inquiries and distribute to inside sales team

- Coordinate inquiries of non-standardized products with relevant departments (GSS)

- Support sellers to gain new customers including sites visits

- Coordinate customer claims with legal entities in charge

Desired level of education and experience:

Commercial or technical professional education and University degree in process engineering. And several years of professional experience in Inside sales and on-site services
