Our products include Compact Fin Heat Exchangers, Plate Heat Exchangers, Single Tube Heat Exchangers, Transformer Cooling Systems, Cooling Towers and Shell & Tube Heat Exchangers. Reporting to the SVP Sales Northern Europe, THE VP Sales DACH, will manage a team of 90 sales and service personnel in the region ( Germany Austria Switzerland) responsible for order intake of 200m euro (25% of Kelvion global sales).
The role will take full ownership and responsibility for the customer strategy in the region maximising the opportunity for growth across all our vertical markets, and therefore we are looking for a truly transformational sales leader able to drive growth and motivate and lead a high performing sales team to deliver the strategy created as we continue to expand within this key market.
You'll have the chance to work with a diverse portfolio of cutting-edge products and solutions, shaping the response to the growing industry in the region. You'll collaborate closely with international cross-functional teams, utilizing your strategic thinking and creativity to develop and execute integrated sales campaigns, driving both the profitability and positive visibility of Kelvion in the region.
