Are you a technically skilled and customer-oriented professional with experience in HVAC/Refrigeration ? Do you want to be part of a dynamic team that offers innovative solutions in plate and frame heat exchangers? Then this role is for you!

As a Global Solutions Engineer, you will be part of the Global Solution Engineering (GSE) plate and frame heat exchanger product line team. You will work closely with Sales and provide technical support for projects within the vertical market HVAC/Refrigeration. You will be based out of Germany and working closely with the Kelvion factory in Wilchwitz. 

As a Global Solutions Engineer, you contribute to the total order intake:

Independently perform thermal design calculations for Plate Heat Exchanger Products

Ensure technical proposal, data sheet and cost estimation are completed on time, based on client inquiry specifications

Must lead the process from technical client engagement, discussions with manufacturing factory on necessary requirements to final negotiations towards order closure

Internal interface between sales, R&I, product development, product management and production from the initial enquiry to acceptance by the customer

Contributing to product development processes

Support for the Kelvion Regions Globally (FES teams)

Participate in global and domestic travel activities such as trade shows, exhibitions, customer visits, seminar etc.

To comply with the Company Code of Conduct, all Health & Safety laws & guidelines relevant to your role and to the safety of colleagues

Good knowledge of heat transfer applications including mechanical designing and thermal calculations

Being able to read Mechanical Drawings

Fluent in English, written and spoken

Knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration technologies is a plus.

Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills

Good analytical and problem solving skills

Self-motivated and target driven - proactive and enthusiastic with good attention to detail and willingness to take ownership

Qualifications:

Engineering Degree

Exposure to multi-culture and international organizations is preferred
