The mission for the position is be a true HR Business Partner and single point of contact for all HR topics for the Global Sales EVP and for their wider Leadership Team and to establish, develop and drive best in class HR processes with a strong focus on talent development, recruiting and retention management, whilst supporting and adhering to a legally compliant framework for all our employees in multiple locations.

You will want to play a critical role in Kelvion’s aim to being a true “employer of choice” globally as we continue to grow, and also be a key voice in the global HR team supporting the EVP Group Human Resources with driving this objective across the entire organization. With a passion for developing and delivering an employer brand and DE&I strategy. 

Sales is globally organized in structured in regions and sub regions (APAC, Americas, India, Northern Europe, and Southern Europe/MEA). The global Oder Intake is more than 700Mi €. In general, the mission for the position is being the HR Business Partner and single point of contact for all HR topics for the EVP Sales & Service and for the Top Leadership Team. The position reports in a matrix directly to the EVP of Sales and to the EVP Group Human Resources and is ideally located near to our main HO in Herne Germany, but due to the nature of the role and travel required alternatively can be based remotely with regular travel globally as needed.


  • Act as a Business Partner through thought leadership; business understanding and strong relationship management as a single point of contact for Global Sales Leadership Team
  • Member of the Sales Leadership Team, representing all HR topics
  • Drive succession planning & talent development across the function
  • Drive our employer brand and desire to be recognized as an employer of choice
  • Support and coordinate implementation of global HR initiatives
  • Ensure consistent application of groupwide HR policies, directives, etc. as well as ensuring adherance to relevant local employment law requirements
  • Lead on recruitment opportunities globally; supporting local HR and MD’s
  • Ensure state of the art HR tools and services in the local organizations
  • Maintain high visibility with regular travel globally 30-40% travel may be required

To be successful in this highly business critical role you will:

  • Well experienced HR Manager with a proven track record and minimum 10 years managerial experience in a medium sized, international/global organization, preferably in the production environment
  • University or equivalent degree level of academic education
  • Purpose driven individual, target oriented and used to work under pressure
  • Proactive person to regularly seek alignment within the organization and look out for improvement opportunities
  • Experienced as to resolve employee related conflict situations
  • Good mix of hands-on personality with a strategic view
  • Experienced with working and leading in a matrix organization
