Manager Standards & Documentation (m/f/d)
Technical Editor / Writer

We're seeking engineering talent to join one of our EMEA locations to drive our technology function and help shape the future of the heat exchanger industry. Our promise: we'll give you comprehensive training for the right start into your job and support you every step of the way in our company.

What you will be responsible for:

  • Define, develop, and maintain technical standards and specifications for heat exchanger designs, materials, and manufacturing processes
  • Ensure compliance with international and industry-specific standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish consistent engineering and production practices aligned with company goals
  • Periodically review and update standards to reflect advancements in technology, materials, and regulatory requirements
  • Create, manage, and maintain a centralized repository for all technical documentation, including design guidelines, material specifications, test protocols, and quality standards & our installation and maintenance manual
  • Oversee the preparation of user manuals, installation guides, and operational documentation for heat exchanger products
  • Streamline documentation workflows to improve efficiency and minimize errors in the preparation, review, and approval processes
  • Act as the primary interface between engineering, R&D, quality assurance, and production teams regarding standards and documentation requirements

About you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, materials science, industrial engineering, or a related technical field
  • Expertise in technical documentation, engineering standards, and regulatory compliance
  • In-depth understanding of industry standards such as ASME, TEMA, API, ISO, and other region-specific requirements
  • Strong understanding of heat exchanger design, materials, and manufacturing processes
  • Fluent English language skills
  • Ability to work in virtual global teams
