Reporting to the Senior Vice-President Sales Northern Europe, as  the Sales Market lead at Kelvion, for the Scandics Region you'll step into a dynamic role where your ideas and expertise can make a tangible difference.

Kelvion's commitment to innovation, sustainability, and customer-centricity sets it apart in the heat exchanger industry. This role will drive our innovative products in to region, leading the team of sales managers (15), defining the strategy for growth and building on our existing relationships, as well as driving new ones.

This person will play a key role in managing the growth of the region, taking ownership and responsibility for the Order Intake budget (40 million euro in 2024) It this function we need a person with high adaptability where the challenge and opportunity is to drive the sales growth in this key region for Kelvion. The role therefore requires duel skills in having a medium/ long term strategic approach and focusing and motivating a sales team in sales management and project delivery.

You'll have the chance to work with a diverse portfolio of cutting-edge products and solutions, shaping the response to the growing industry in the region. You'll collaborate closely with international cross-functional teams, utilizing your strategic thinking and creativity to develop and execute integrated sales campaigns, contributing to both the profitability and positive visibility of Kelvion Products.

 

RESPONSIBILITES

  • Own the delivery of the monthly Orders Intakes budget in each Business Unit
  • Define and deliver the budget for Orders Intake growth year on year across each business unit
  • Handle the Scandics region strategic development process; aligning the local opportunities with Kelvion sales growth strategy globally
  • Develop a high performing sales organization that aligns to the sales strategy managing; coaching and mentoring their team, supporting their daily sales activities, and customer interactions, by planning and developing the necessary consistent sales activities and individual coaching requirements
  • Support the operational teams in region with oversight; management and global alignment to ensure resource allocation and training to deliver regional support is achieved. Including closely partnering with finance to achieve regional P+L and EBIT targets
  • Deliver accurate forecasts understanding and consolidating each sales manager pipeline
  • Support the delivery of Kelvion CRM as a standard practice across the region
  • Close support to the Northern Europe Senior Vice-President Sales

To be successful in this highly business critical role you will:

  • Experienced manager focused on technical sales with a proven track record of individual sales performance and team managerial experience in a medium sized, international/global organization, preferably in mechanical/ technical engineering environment
  • Proven track record of managing sales growth utilizing a sales team effectively to deliver this
  • Target oriented and used to work under pressure
  • Skills to close larger projects above 100 K€
  • Distribution experience
  • EPC Process knowledge
  • Good mix of hands on personality with a strategic view and strong leadership skills: he needs to be able to push the walls and setup of the front office as per Kelvion Global strategy.
  • Able to work and lead in a matrix organization –
  • Need to fit to the existing well working team and so a positive mindset in a changing environment
  • Team oriented, able to identify what needs to be improved but also providing the proposal of solutions
  • Having experience with Data Centers would be a plus
  • Fluent English, German would be a plus.
     

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE (required Levels)

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experienced people leadership
  • Strong knowledge in CRM software, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office Suite
