Reporting to the EVP Sales and Service Globally, with dotted line reporting in to Global EVP HR, as part of the global Sales Leadership team, as well as the global HR Leadership team, the VP of HR Sales and Service (S+S) at Kelvion, you'll step into a dynamic role where your ideas and expertise can make a tangible difference.

The mission for the position is be a true HR Business Partner and single point of contact for all HR topics for the Global Sales EVP and for their wider Leadership Team and to establish, develop and drive best in class HR processes with a strong focus on talent development, recruiting and retention management, whilst supporting and adhering to a legally compliant framework for all our employees in multiple locations. You will want to play a critical role in Kelvion’s aim to being a true “employer of choice” globally as we continue to grow, and also be a key voice in the global HR team supporting the EVP Group Human Resources with driving this objective across the entire organization. With a passion for developing and delivering an employer brand and DE&I strategy. Sales is globally organized in structured in regions and sub regions (APAC, Americas, India, Northern Europe, and Southern Europe/MEA). The global Oder Intake is more than 700Mi €. In general, the mission for the position is being the HR Business Partner and single point of contact for all HR topics for the EVP Sales & Service and for the Top Leadership Team. The position reports in a matrix directly to the EVP of Sales and to the EVP Group Human Resources and is ideally located near to our main HO in Herne Germany, but due to the nature of the role and travel required alternatively can be based remotely with regular travel globally as needed.RESPONSIBILITES
