Facility Coordinator

Your responsibilities:

Maintaining the technical infrastructure of facilities (in accordance with construction law and requirements);

Implementation of inspection schedules;

Cooperation with subcontractors and supervision of works;

Supervision and control of construction works as well as documentation and facility book;

Management of utilities by analyzing their consumption and costs;

Implementation of optimization measures to reduce energy consumption and costs;

Keeping legal records, including appropriate reporting to government and local government offices and institutions,

Collecting and reporting data on environmental measurements;

Managing of office spaces.

Our requirements:

Graduate degree (preferred in a technical or administration field);

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position (experience in the maintenance of warehouse facilities preferred);

Knowledge of English at a communicative level in speech and writing (B2); 

Very good technical knowledge of facilities property maintenance;

Practical knowledge of construction regulations;

Highly developed comunication skills.
