GEA Air Treatment at ISH 2005 Frankfurt, Germany
15. March 2005 GEA Air Treatment: Generates Exquisite Atmosphere
GEA Air Treatment stands for efficient heating, cooling and ventilation. GEA products are at home in many fields of application: in homes, offices, hotels, manufacturing companies and museums, people have confidence in solutions from GEA Air Treatment, as do the owners of medical practices, hospitals or indoor swimming pools. Well-known buildings such as the Hotel Estrel in Berlin, the Dancing House in Prague or the van Gogh Museum in Amsterdam are examples of comfortable and energy-saving air conditioning using GEA plants.
GEA Air Treatment covers all areas of air conditioning: ventilation, filtering, cooling and heating. Correspondingly broad is the product scope, from cold water chillers to central air conditioning, and extending to units such as the roof fans, warm-air curtains, fan-coil units, chilled beams and floor convectors. Even for homeowners or for small businesses, a mini air conditioning system opens up the technology of the "large" systems. GEA dehumidification devices are installed in innumerable private pools as well in notable hotels as well as in adventure and indoor swimming pools.
GEA products are also used for industrial purposes as well: GEA air treatment units provide a pleasant work environment in many workshop halls. Heat exchangers from GEA Air Treatment can be found in the most diverse fields, for example in the chemical and processing industries. They are installed in various configurations depending on application and required power output, and have a high efficiency factor with extreme durability. Exhaust ventilators from GEA bear expended air out of the workshop hall.
Some products from our filter technology development are likewise well suited for deployment in trade and industry: they hold back oils and emulsions, free the air of dust, smoke or odours and organic gases. Such units have become necessary components in many branches of industry such as the automotive industry, foundry and power-plant technology as well as in kitchens and pharmaceutical plants.
The product line is rounded off with a broad spectrum of accessory parts as well as with the control system developed in-house, which establishes the communication between all components of GEA Air Treatment and secures energy efficient operation permitting the integration in the building management system.
