Kelvion secures >€2.8m contract for gas distribution cooling project in Brazil

Kelvion has secured a new contract to support a leading pipeline operator in Brazil. The project plays an important role in ensuring reliable and efficient gas transportation within the regional energy infrastructure, helping to maintain stable supply across key industrial and residential areas.

With a total contract value of over €2.8 million, the scope includes the design and supply of air fin coolers tailored for gas cooling applications. Engineered to deliver robust performance under demanding operating conditions, the equipment will support stable operation and effective heat rejection across the gas distribution system. The solution has been specifically configured to meet the environmental and operational requirements of the region.

Manufacturing of the units will take place at Kelvion’s Changshou site, ensuring consistent quality standards and efficient delivery. Once installed, the cooling systems will contribute to the long-term reliability and performance of the pipeline infrastructure.

“Gas distribution applications require dependable cooling solutions that perform consistently under challenging conditions, and we are pleased to support this project with our proven technology,” said Leonardo Naddeo, Business Development Engineer.
