The role:
In this role, you will focus on implementing and coordinating learning, leadership development and key people processes across Eastern Europe.You will work closely with regional and global L&D teams, as well as local HR and business leaders, ensuring that development initiatives are effectively rolled out, adapted to local needs and deliver tangible impact.This is a hands-on, operational role, where you translate frameworks into practical solutions, support managers and ensure smooth execution of core people processes in SuccessFactors.
What you will be responsible for:
- Implement learning & development initiatives in line with global frameworks
- Support leadership development and manager capability building
- Coordinate onboarding processes across sites
- Partner with managers and HRBPs to identify development needs and implement solutions
- Coordinate internal trainings and cooperate with external providers
- Ensure effective use of LMS and structured learning processes
- Coordinate and administer people processes in SuccessFactors, including: Performance & Goals (succession planning ,supporting managers in system usage, ensuring data quality and process compliance)
- Manage training budgets, including planning, tracking and utilisation control
- Monitor effectiveness of development initiatives (KPIs, feedback)
- Analyze feedback and people data to improve development activities
About you:
- University degree (HR, Psychology, Business or related will be an asset)
- Experience in Learning & Development
- Experience with HR systems (preferably SuccessFactors)
- Strong project management and organisational skills
- Ability to work with stakeholders across locations
- Confidence in working with managers / facilitating trainings
- Analytical and structured approach
- Fluent English and Polish
- Manufacturing background is an advantage
