Your tasks:
- Work on developing our customer‐centric and future‐proof product portfolio across the entire product lifetime
- Manage our global product lines, ensure competitive positioning and continuous improvement based on PL Data and KPI’s
- Maintain project & portfolio tracking tools / data sources to facilitate communication and decision making
- Initiate and supervise product strategy, new developments, upgrades and termination in coordination with Research and Innovation, Product Development and New Product Introduction teams
- Initiate and steer development of configuration, design, calculation and costing tools
- Develop yourself as a product line expert, continuously collect and capitalize product know how
- Monitor and analyze competition, including Market Intelligence support and input data
- Maintain all necessary product related flyers, brochures, training material…
Your qualifications:
- Engineer Diploma or master of science degree in mechanical or Thermal engineering, possibly similar level in business field
- Extensive knowledge in project & lateral management
- Experience in product development (R&D, application engineering, Product lifecycle Management) or technical sales
- Extensive knowledge of the heat exchanger market and design and manufacturing processes
- Fluent English language skills
- Ability to successfully lead a remote (project) team
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to engage across a global matrix organization
- Readiness for travel
