Your role
As Recruitment Manager Eastern Europe, you will lead and shape the recruitment strategy across the region (Poland & Czech Republic), supporting our dynamic growth across three manufacturing plants.
This is a key role in managing large-scale hiring and peak recruitment periods driven by business expansion. You will be responsible for supporting rapid workforce growth, ensuring we effectively attract, onboard and integrate a significant number of new employees.
You will also act as a key driver of candidate experience excellence, ensuring a seamless journey from first contact through pre-onboarding, onboarding and full integration into the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Lead recruitment activities across three manufacturing plants in Eastern Europe
- Manage high-volume hiring projects and recruitment peaks linked to business growth
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with regional business needs and workforce growth plans
- Develop scalable recruitment processes to support rapid headcount increases
- Partner with plant management to plan and deliver workforce expansion
- Build strong talent pipelines across the responsible region
- Introduce and scale innovative recruitment solutions (e.g. assessment-based approaches for high-volume hiring)
- Design and continuously improve end-to-end candidate experience
- Ensure effective pre-onboarding and onboarding processes for new hires
- Support smooth integration of new employees into rapidly growing teams
- Monitor recruitment performance, identify risks and drive corrective actions where needed
- Manage external partners (agencies, job portals, EB suppliers)
- Drive employer branding initiatives aligned with Kelvion EVP
Your profile
- Proven experience in recruitment leadership (regional or multi-country scope)
- Strong experience in high-volume hiring / scaling organizations
- Track record in managing recruitment KPIs and improving processes
- Strong stakeholder management skills (senior leadership exposure)
- Experience in industrial / manufacturing environment is an advantage
- Strong focus on candidate experience and employer branding
- Fluent English; additional CEE languages are a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, growing international environment
