Kelvion has secured a new service contract supporting a major data center infrastructure project in the USA.

The project reflects the continued shift towards more integrated and high-performance cooling solutions, particularly as next-generation data centers demand increasingly complex systems to handle direct server cooling architectures.
With a total contract value of over €1.6 million, the scope includes the construction of air fin cooler platforms and skid-based structures. These elements are critical to enabling efficient and reliable heat rejection in modern data center environments, where space optimization, system integration and operational stability are key requirements.

The solution supports the growing adoption of direct-to-chip and advanced cooling technologies, providing the structural and electrical backbone needed to ensure safe and effective operation. Kelvion’s expertise in both equipment and supporting infrastructure ensures seamless integration into the wider cooling system.
Manufacturing and execution take place in the USA, supporting efficient project delivery and alignment with local project requirements.

“Data center cooling is evolving rapidly, and projects like this show the importance of integrating mechanical and structural solutions from an early stage,” said Preston Shaffer, Sales Representative for the project. “We are pleased to support the development of infrastructure that enables next-generation cooling technologies.”
