Stellenbeschreibung

Als SAP SuccessFactors Application Specialist spielen Sie eine zentrale Rolle beim Betrieb, der Optimierung und der Weiterentwicklung unserer globalen HR-Applikationslandschaft. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit HR, Payroll und externen Partnern stellen Sie einen zuverlässigen operativen Betrieb sicher und tragen aktiv zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von SAP SuccessFactors sowie verwandten HR-Technologien bei. Diese Position vereint Application Management, technisches Fachwissen und Innovationskraft. Über die Bearbeitung von Incidents und Service Requests hinaus gestalten Sie neue Funktionen, treiben Systemerweiterungen voran und unterstützen Initiativen zur digitalen HR-Transformation in unserem globalen Unternehmen.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Sicherstellung eines stabilen und zuverlässigen Betriebs der globalen SAP SuccessFactors Plattform von Kelvion sowie der angebundenen HR-Anwendungen als Teil unseres internen Enterprise Applications Teams.
• Bearbeitung von Incidents, Service Requests und anwendungsbezogenen Fragestellungen bei gleichzeitiger Gewährleistung einer hohen Benutzerzufriedenheit.
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit HR zur Identifikation, Bewertung und Umsetzung von Systemerweiterungen sowie Prozessverbesserungen.
• Übersetzung freigegebener Geschäftsanforderungen in nachhaltige Anwendungslösungen und Change-Initiativen.
• Koordination von Releases, Testaktivitäten, Deployments und der Stabilisierung nach Produktivsetzung.
• Überwachung und Betreuung der Schnittstellen zwischen SuccessFactors, SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, Payroll-Systemen, Concur und ServiceNow.
• Vorantreiben von Automatisierungs-, Standardisierungs- und kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsinitiativen innerhalb der HR-Applikationslandschaft.
• Koordination externer Application-Management-Dienstleister, SAP-Support- und Implementierungspartner bei gleichzeitiger Wahrung der internen Lösungsverantwortung.
• Unterstützung von HR-Technologieprojekten, Rollouts und Transformationsinitiativen.
• Mitwirkung an Application Governance, Security, Compliance und operativer Exzellenz.
  

Ihr Profil

• Nachgewiesene Erfahrung mit SAP SuccessFactors, idealerweise mit fundierter Expertise in Employee Central sowie Erfahrung in Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Compensation oder Learning.
• Erfahrung im Application Management, HRIS-Umfeld, Enterprise Application Support oder in HR-Technologieumgebungen.
• Gutes Verständnis von HR-Prozessen und integrierten Systemlandschaften.
• Erfahrung mit SAP-Cloud-Lösungen, Schnittstellen, APIs, Middleware oder Monitoring von Integrationen.
• Kenntnisse von Ticketmanagement-Plattformen wie ServiceNow.
• Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und Problemlösungskompetenz mit Fokus auf kontinuierliche Verbesserung.
• Fähigkeit zur effektiven Zusammenarbeit mit HR-Stakeholdern, Fachbereichen und externen Partnern.
• Strukturierte, proaktive und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise mit hoher Eigenverantwortung.
• Begeisterung für Cloud-Technologien, Enterprise Applications und digitale Transformation.
• Fließende Englischkenntnisse; Deutschkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.

Shape the future of HR in a hybrid SAP landscape

As our SAP SuccessFactors Application Specialist, you will play a key role in operating, optimizing and evolving our global HR application landscape. Working closely with HR, payroll and external partners, you will ensure reliable day-to-day operations while actively contributing to the continuous improvement of SAP SuccessFactors and related HR technologies. This role combines application management, technical expertise and innovation. Beyond incident and service request handling, you will help shape new capabilities, drive system enhancements and support digital HR transformation initiatives across our global organization.

Your Responsibilities

• Ensure stable and reliable operation of Kelvion's global SAP SuccessFactors platform and connected HR applications as part of our in-house Enterprise Applications team.
• Manage incidents, service requests and application-related issues while delivering a high-quality user experience.

• Collaborate closely with HR to identify, evaluate and implement system enhancements and process improvements.
• Translate approved business requirements into sustainable application solutions and change initiatives.
• Coordinate releases, testing activities, deployments and post-release stabilization.
• Monitor and support interfaces between SuccessFactors, SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, payroll systems, Concur and ServiceNow.
• Drive automation, standardization and continuous improvement initiatives across the HR application landscape.
• Coordinate external application management providers, SAP support and implementation partners while maintaining ownership of solutions internally
• Support HR technology projects, rollouts and transformation initiatives.
• Contribute to application governance, security, compliance and operational excellence.

Your Profile

• Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors, ideally with strong expertise in Employee Central and exposure to Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Compensation or Learning.

·    Background in application management, HRIS, enterprise application support or HR technology environments.

• Good understanding of HR processes and integrated system landscapes.
• Experience with SAP cloud solutions, interfaces, APIs, middleware or integration monitoring.
• Knowledge of ticket management platforms such as ServiceNow.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Ability to work effectively with HR stakeholders, business users and external partners.
• Structured, proactive and ownership-driven working style.
• Passion for cloud technologies, enterprise applications and digital transformation.
