Kelvion has secured a new contract to support a major power grid project in the Middle East, reflecting the growing importance of grid stability and infrastructure resilience as energy systems continue to evolve.

The project forms part of ongoing efforts to strengthen grid performance and ensure reliable electricity supply, particularly as energy demand increases and networks become more complex.
With a total contract value of over €1.8 million, the scope includes closed circuit coolers designed for synchronous condensers. These systems play a critical role in maintaining stable grid operation by supporting voltage control and grid balancing.

“Supporting grid infrastructure requires reliable cooling solutions that perform consistently under demanding conditions,” said Donizete Souza, Sales Representative for the project. “We are supporting critical infrastructure that helps ensure a consistent power supply.”
