岗位概述:
全面统筹工艺开发与精益生产两大核心职能，主导制造系统的高效运作与持续优化。
•工艺：负责工艺设计及流程的技术升级，通过DFMA评审，产线布局优化及标准化作业体系，确保产品工艺的完整，平衡质量、成本与交付目标；
•精益：利用改善工具（如VSM）解决现场关键问题，通过持续的改善活动，驱动运行效率的提升与费用的降低；
岗位职责:
• 保持与生产部门合作，充分利用管理工具及系统提高生产效率；
•实施精益生产，减少交货时间与在制品；
•推进改善项目，确保项目质量、成本、交付标准满足要求；
•参与新产品开发，前置精益生产设计；
•领导团队制定降本增效方案，并推动执行落地；
•协调内部制造工程活动，资源整合；
•持续改进与流程卓越文化的培养，营造全员改善氛围；
•合规与安全管理
关于你::
•教育背景：工程类、质量管理相关专业，本科及以上学历；
•技能经验：具备10年以上在机械行业工艺、精益相关岗位工作经验，具备精益和六西格玛相关知识与实践经验，能够熟练运用相关工具优化生产流程，减少浪费，提升效率； •知识技能：有精益改善与六西格玛的项目经验；
•团队管理能力：具备卓越的领导和管理能力，能够管理多元化团队，擅长激发团队成员的工作积极性与创造力，促进团队成员间的协作与知识共享；
协作能力：优秀的跨部门合作，良好的团队精神；
•语言能力：英语流利，可以作为工作语言；

The Role:
- Fully coordinate the two core functions of process development and lean production, leading the efficient operation and continuous optimization of the manufacturing system.
- Process: Responsible for process design and technical upgrade of the process, passed DFMA review, optimized production line layout and standardized operating system to ensure the integrity of the product process and balance quality, cost and delivery targets;
- Lean: Use improvement tools (such as VSM) to solve key problems on site and drive operational efficiency and cost reduction through continuous improvement activities;
What you will be responsible for:
- Work with production department to improve production efficiency.
- To implement lean manufacturing and reduce lead-time & WIP.
- Supervise the engineering project; projects execution effect to meet quality, cost and delivery requirement.
- Take part in new product projects ensuring that lean manufacturing solutions are considered and applied already in the development stage
- Lead Manufacturing Engineering team to identify cost reduction and profit improvement programs.
- Co-ordinate relative manufacturing engineering activities within the company
- Continuous improvement and process excellence.
- Ensure that all Health & Safety requirements are fulfilled in accordance with the responsibilities defined in the Company Safety Statement.

About you:
- Bachelor degree in Engineering
- Understanding of production flow principles and manufacturing processes
- Highly motivated & energetic with a strong work ethic
- Lean & Six Sigma knowledge and experience
- Good collaboration with cross functions and team working
- Fluent speaking, good written skills in both Chinese and English
