We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manufacturing Director to lead and oversee all aspects of manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient production of high-quality products for global market, while maintaining a high-standard HSE working environment. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and a deep understanding of heavy-duty chemical equipment manufacturing processes.

What you will be responsible for:

Ensure compliance with all HSE regulations, promoting a safe and sustainable working environment for all employees.
Develop and enforce HSE protocols and procedures to eliminate workplace accidents.
Develop and implement manufacturing strategies and processes to optimize productivity and reduce costs.
Monitor and analyze production metrics to identify improvement areas and implement corrective actions.
Ensure all products meet the quality expectations of industrial standards and specifications.
Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing manufacturing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement.
Develop budget, capex investment plan, mid-term and short-term planning processes
Lead the cross-function team to work on developing and implement new process and new manufacturing technology to enhance manufacturing capabilities.
Drive the process improvement to result in a continuous productivity increase and cost reduction.
Perform other duties as assigned

About you:

Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent field.
Substantial experiences and knowledge for heavy duty chemical equipment and international standards, pressure vessel will be preferred.
Minimum 15 years working experiences in mechanical manufacturing environment with at least 5 years’ experience in a leadership role.
Proven track record of successfully managing mid-large scale manufacturing operations.
Excellent leadership, influencing and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement and achieve operational excellence.
In-depth knowledge of HSE regulations and best practices.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
