Product Line Manager (m/f/d)

We're seeking an engineering and commercial talent to join one of our sites either in Germany (Hannover / Leipzig area) or in China (Wuhu area) to help shape the future of plate heat exchange technology. Our promise: comprehensive onboarding and training for the right start and support on every step of your way.

What you will be responsible for:

  • Guiding your product line plate heat exchangers through every lifecycle phase
  • Initiating and supervising product strategy, new developments, upgrades, localisation and termination in coordination with our Research & Innovation, Product Development, New Product Introduction and Sales teams
  • Listening to the market and to our customers, staying updated on future trends and needs, monitoring and analyzing competition, using market intelligence and thus ensuring our competitive positioning and continuous improvement
  • Developing yourself as a product line expert, continuously collecting and capitalizing product know how in all dimensions such as design, supply chain and manufacturing

About you:

  • You hold an Engineering diploma or Master of Science degree in mechanical or thermal engineering or in a similar field
  • You are experienced in product development (R&D, application engineering, product lifecycle management) or in technical sales
  • You have good knowledge of the plate heat exchanger market and associated design and manufacturing processes including welding and brazing
  • You have already gathered profound knowledge of project management, lateral leadership and leading remote project teams
  • In view of our sites both in China and Germany you ideally bring a cross-cultural background or respective experience
  • Fluent English language skills are a must, German is a plus
  • You are ready to travel globally
