This role is responsible for evaluating quality management system maturity, ensuring compliance with International Organization for Standardization 9001 standards, identifying improvement opportunities, and supporting the harmonization of global quality processes and standards.
In addition, the position will act as a strategic and administrative support function to the Global Vice President Quality by contributing to the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of global quality processes, governance frameworks, and operational standards.
The ideal candidate combines strong auditing and quality systems expertise with excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills in a global manufacturing environment.
This role is in Swiebodzice (Poland). You could work in Hybrid mode. The role requires several business trips per year.
What you will be responsible for:
- Support the Global Vice President Quality in the development and implementation of global quality strategies, processes, and standards.
- Contribute to the design, harmonization, and continuous improvement of global quality procedures and governance frameworks.
- Support global quality initiatives focused on operational excellence, process maturity, and compliance enhancement.
- Coordinate and support quality-related improvement programs across regions and functions.
- Assist in establishing global KPIs, dashboards, reporting structures, and governance routines.
- Facilitate workshops, assessments, and cross-functional collaboration activities.
- Support preparation for external audits and certification activities.
About you:
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Manufacturing, or related technical discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, Quality Management, Auditing, or Manufacturing Quality.
- Strong experience with quality management systems, assessments and auditing methodologies.
- Experience conducting internal audits, supplier audits, or cross-site assessments in manufacturing environments.
- Strong knowledge of International Organization for Standardization 9001 requirements and quality process standards.

- Quality Management or Operational Excellence certifications
