For our Air Cooled Heat Exchangers we offer a special service. By carrying out an Energy Audit on-site, our service engineers will identify how the heat exchanger is performing and recommend any repairs or upgrades needed to optimise it.

By e.g. retrofitting parts with better, more efficient, equipment, the production viability of the heat exchanger is assured. Any bottlenecks constraining operation that were identified in the audit will be removed and efficiency improved, which in turn leads to savings on energy and costs, increases the MTBF and can reduce noise and vibration.
