To strengthen our Global Technology Team, we are looking for a Junior Development Engineer (Thermal) to support product development, testing, and global engineering projects.

Your role

As part of our international engineering team, you will contribute to the design, development, and optimization of heat exchanger products, while supporting projects across multiple global sites.

Your responsibilities

Support the design and development of new heat exchanger products
Perform thermodynamic and technical analysis of product performance
Contribute to global technology projects across multiple product lines
Generate engineering data and support integration into selection tools
Support engineering changes and product transfers across global sites
Work closely with teams including R&D, PLM, NPI, Sales, and Manufacturing
Participate in testing activities (lab & on-site) and prepare technical reports
Represent Kelvion in customer-facing technical discussions
Ensure delivery of workstreams in line with project timelines and quality standards

Your profile

Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Thermal Engineering, or related field
First experience (internship or junior role) in product development or engineering
Strong interest in thermodynamics, heat transfer, or fluid dynamics
Knowledge of heat exchanger technology is a plus
Good working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
Fluent in English
