A successful relationship with this customer, built on a history of reliable supply and service since 1997, played a crucial role in securing this critical maintenance project to improve the performance and compliance of their heat exchangers. Regular maintenance, carried out every 36 months, is essential to ensure equipment efficiency, safety and compliance with Department of Occupational Safety & Health standards.

We provided mechanical cleaning to improve thermodynamic performance and refurbished 18 plate heat exchangers to restore optimum efficiency, replacing any worn or damaged parts.

This ensured that the heat exchangers, primarily used as process equipment including evaporators and condensers, operated at peak efficiency, in line with our customer's environmental and operational objectives and complied with safety standards. Removing the fouling and restoring the original performance of the units also resulted in reduced energy consumption.
