Job Description

Your responsibilities

  • You own Kelvion’s PPM software including general maintenance, user management and support activities
  • You continuously identify potential for system or usage optimisation
  • You collect and realise new user requirements
  • You form the interface between Product Line Management and IT

Your profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or equivalent
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and portfolio governance principles
  • Hands-on experience with user management, role-based access control, and system permissions
  • Experience in administering and configuring project portfolio management (PPM) or similar enterprise software systems
  • Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus
