The role:
You will join our Global Solutions Engineering team and will focus on dry coolers field in “Power&Energy, Oil&Gas, Chemical” vertical market. You will report directly to Team Leader GSE Drycooler located in Lyon.
The aim of this position is to prepare quotations and provide comprehensive technical knowledge to our front sales persons and to our customers during technology choosing and negotiations process. On the daily basis you will cooperate especially with colleagues from global functions, especially Sales and R&D departments as well as local functions in terms of checking production possibilities.
This is new role, located in Swiebodzice (Poland). You could work in Hybrid mode. The role requires several business trips per year.
What you will be responsible for:
- Provide comprehensive technical support for key customers & key projects;
- Appropriate thermal selection for the proposed solutions;
- Actively participate in defining and evaluating target prices;
- Preparations of quotations for our customers and handle the technical side;
- Coordinate inquiries with relevant departments;
- Contribute to product development processes;
- Internal interface between Sales, R&D, Product development and Production from the initial enquiry to acceptance by the customer and are also intensively involved in communication with our customers;
- Contribute on further development of our Power&Energy / Oil&Gas / Chemical markets;
- Visit customers and trade shows to provide comprehensive technical knowledge during meetings.
About you:
- University or equivalent degree level of academic education related to the job scope (especially in the fields: mechanical engineering, energy);
- Proven experience (3-5 years) in comparable position, experience in heat exchanger field or in market segment will be a plus;
- Business fluent in Polish and English;
- Fundamental thermos-dynamic knowledge;
- Good knowledge of ERP and CRM systems and the MS Office suite.
- Ability to cooperate in virtual environment (team located in many locations)
- Excellent communication skills;
- Strong problem-solving skills;
- Self-confident, goal oriented personality and ability to persuade others;
- Driver’s license
- Availability to traveling (not frequent).
