Your responsibilities
- Support HR business partner in all tasks from general HR processes to day-to-day activities
- Organise recruiting processes from launch through to contracting and onboarding including communication with all parties involved
- Maintain and update organisational overviews, calculations and project status reports
- Prepare meetings
Your profile
- First knowledge of HR management basics
- Openness to communicate with counterparts in different functions and on different levels in an international corporate environment
- English fluent (C level) is a must, German is an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite applications
- Thorough and precise working style when it comes to data management and reporting
