Your responsibilities:

Finance Business Partner to Global Manufacturing and member of the global Manufacturing Leadership team
Enhancing & Improving the KPI reporting (definition, reporting, analysis and automatization), including weekly & monthly creation and validation of Manufacturing reporting
Responsible for the CAPEX approval process & reporting (all departments not limited to Manufacturing) and interface to Project Management Office
Calculation and Consolidation of Manufacturing Cost saving targets
Support for CSRD (Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive)

Our requirements:

Successfully completed business studies with a focus on economics or (Production-) Controlling
More than 5 years of professional experience as a controller or financial analyst in an international group, ideal within a matrix organization
Affinity to IT systems and tools. MS Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint), Tagetik or other consolidation tools is a must have. Additionally, knowledge of Power BI or any other BI would be greatly appreciated.
SAP FI&CO or any other ERP systems
Self-managed and collaborative working style with team orientation
Hands-on individual with active knowledge and willingness to grow
Fluent in English (verbal and written)
