概述：
- 作为芜湖公司财务负责人，团队共9人，协助决策层制定公司发展战略，负责其功能领域内短期及长期的的公司决策和战略；
- 负责公司财务管理及策略，包括不限于核算管理、财务计划、财务程序、内部审计、成本控制和投资研究分析；
- 全面负责财务管理及内部控制、预算管理；
岗位职责：
- 财务管理与内控统筹：负责公司财务管理体系的搭建与完善，以及内部控制机制的有效运作，确保公司财务运作的规范性、安全性与高效性，防范财务风险；
- 负责公司财务方面的业务和策略，包括会计管理、财务计划、财务程序、内部审计、税务规划、成本控制；
- 财务规划、预测和报告，包括进一步改进的措施，持续推动公司财务工作向更高水平迈进；
- 持续关注财务状况，积极采取行动改善财务状况，增强公司财务健康度与抗风险能力；
- 深度参与业务计划的制定与实施，为业务决策提供全面、精准且具有前瞻性的财务支持与风险评估；
- 制定团队成员KPI，并通过定期、严格的监督与评估，确保团队成员工作目标与公司财务目标的高度契合，提升团队整体绩效表现；
- 监督和改进审计和内部控制操作，持续推动审计与内控体系的优化升级，确保其能够精准识别并有效防控各类风险；
- 法规遵循保障：密切关注国家和地方金融法律法规、政策方针的动态变化，确保公司财务运作的各个环节严格遵循相关法规要求，建立健全的合规管理体系；
- 深入探究公司业务流程与财务数据之间的内在关联，精准把握数据背后所蕴含的业务实质，为财务分析、决策制定提供更加贴合业务实际的有力依据；
- 将控制理解为“转向”功能，更注重在过程中通过敏锐的风险识别和精准的策略调整，引导公司财务活动及业务运营朝着预期目标方向发展，实现动态、灵活且高效的财务控制与管理
关于你:
- 本科以上，财务管理相关专业，具备扎实的财务理论和专业的知识素养；
- 10年以上外资企业财务岗位经验，有丰富的团队管理经验，有效带领团队达成目标，提升团队整体效能，注重团队合作，具有强烈的自我驱动意识；
- 熟悉SAP，对财务核算及控制管理工作流程熟悉，能够精准、高效的处理各类财务数据，确保财务信息的准确性和及时性，为企业决策提供支持；
- 擅长规划和预测，能够基于市场趋势、企业运营数据的分析，制定合理的财务规划和业务预测，为业务的发展提供数据支撑；
- 敏锐的业务思维能力，能够将财务管理与业务需求紧密结合，提供具有针对性和建设性的财务解决方案；
- 持注册会计师职称优先；
- 英语可以作为工作语言，流利的进行商务沟通、财务报告的撰写以及国际团队的协作交流；
- 面对复杂的财务问题和业务挑战，能够迅速、准确地挖掘根本原因，寻找问题解决的方式方法；
- 保持积极主动的心态，面对工作中机遇与挑战，能够主动出击，迎难而上

Reporting to the VP Finance APAC , 2 direct reports with a total team size of 9.you’ll step into a dynamic role where your ideas and experiences are actively sought and can make a tangible difference.

What you will be responsible for:
- Responsible for Finance and Controlling area
- Oversee the companies accounting, controlling and tax practices
- Financial planning, forecasting and reporting incl. measures for further improvements
- Constant awareness of financial position and actively act to improve financial position
- Contribute with financial expertise to business plan and share responsibility for business decisions---Business Partner incl. Preparation of business decisions
- Set KPI‘s for and supervise all finance and controlling personnel
- Oversee and improve all audit and internal control operations
- Conduct analysis to make forecasts and
- Ensure adherence to financial laws and guidelines
- Create an own standing within the company
- Know the business background of data (actual and FC data)
- Understanding of controlling as ”steering” function
About you:
- Work experience >10 years in multinational company
- Business and heat-exchange product knowledge
- Very high integrety and responsibility
- Root cause analysis
- Creation of countermeasures
- Ownership and accountability
- Pro-Active mindset
- Self-driven to improve
- Good Team player
- SAP knowledge, FI and CO module. Others modules are a plus
- Fluent communication in English, German is a plus
- CPA or other relevant qualification is a plus
