This role combines hands-on technical execution (electro-mechanical) with advanced on-site supervision, process optimization, and team coordination. You will be the face of Kelvion at customer sites, ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and technical excellence.

Qualifications & Key Competencies:

  • Mechanical Expertise: Strong practical mechanical competencies required for the precise assembly, maintenance, and repair of complex industrial machinery and equipment.
  • Electrical Expertise: Solid practical electrical competencies, including wiring, system diagnostics, and troubleshooting 

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Execution & Commissioning

  • Perform direct servicing, repair, and maintenance of machines and equipment at customer sites, proprietary halls, and rented facilities.
  • Supervise the assembly process and execute the final commissioning of products at their destination.
  • Ensure the timely and correct execution of all services, repairs, and assemblies, reacting quickly to anomalies and implementing immediate corrections.
  • Monitor the correctness of applied corrections and verify the overall quality of the assembly upon request from interested parties.
  • Check the correctness and completeness of prepared tools and materials prior to executing tasks.
  • Participate in incoming inspections of elements organized by the company, subcontractors, or the client. 

On-Site Leadership & Supervision

  • Provide direct supervision over the course of service and assembly work at the client's site, ensuring full compliance with technical documentation and company quality standards.
  • Organize work independently outside the company headquarters while respecting the client's internal regulations and protecting the company's interests.
  • Coordinate the work of technicians, providing substantive supervision, technical support, and organizational guidance to ensure tasks are completed properly.
  • Take full accountability for the quality and timeliness of tasks, as well as for making critical decisions (or omissions) in demanding situations.
  • Introduce and mentor new employees regarding the specifics of the job and location, and provide hands-on assistance during their initial field assignments. 

Process Management & Administration

  • Develop, update, and supervise the application of procedures, instructions, and standards related to the preparation and execution of service and assembly trips.
  • Verify the completeness of documentation, required qualifications, training, reservations, tools, and materials necessary for successful job execution.
  • Draft detailed protocols for completed work at the job site and secure all required signatures and confirmations from the Client.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports on service and assembly work in accordance with current procedures and forward them to the appropriate departments.
  • Ensure timely and accurate settlement of travel expenses, working time, and all other documentation related to business trips.
  • Propose and implement changes aimed at improving the overall efficiency of service processes.
  • Optimize service operations to minimize the costs of recurring trips and actively build a positive external image of the company. 

Communication & Customer Relations

  • Act as the primary communication bridge between the client (including their representatives and subcontractors) and the company.
  • Report directly to the supervisor, escalating any service and communication problems that impact the realization of the service plan.
  • Maintain active internal communication with supporting departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Respond professionally to problems and doubts raised by both clients and subcontractors. 

Health, Safety & Compliance (OHS)

  • Strictly adhere to, and enforce among personnel, all Health and Safety (OHS) regulations, fire protection rules, and working time schedules.
  • Actively eliminate or reduce dangerous, harmful, and burdensome factors in the work environment, such as noise or dust.
  • Implement organizational and technical solutions to continuously improve working conditions and safety.  
  • Inform employees about potential workplace hazards, emergency situations, and enforce strict adherence to safety protocols.
  • Care for the proper condition of machines, equipment, and tools, while maintaining order and cleanliness in the workplace.
  • Know and strictly follow the Management Systems Policy applied within the Kelvion group, actively participating in its creation and improvement.
