The Role:

You will join our local Order Management Department, with a strong focus on electrical design. The purpose of this position is to perform critical final-stage tasks, including unit programming, final electrical testing, controls integration and verification of the accuracy and safety of the electrical work completed by the production team. These activities are essential to ensure the functionality, quality, and compliance of each unit prior to shipment.

This is new role, located in Świebodzice (Poland).

What you will be responsible for:

  • Electrical design and adaptation of existing drawings / schemes
  • Preparation of manufacturing documentation (drawings, BOM, BOL, Inspection plans, work instructions, etc.)
  • Supervision of current documentation and cooperation with the production department
  • Resolving internal claims and handling on-site customer issues
  • Implementing continuous improvement in electrical and functional testing of finished products
  • Performing electrical tests and inspecting electrical connections in finished products; controllers programming

About you:

  • Higher technical education (especially in the fields: Electrical Engineering Automation; Electromechanics)
  • knowledge of CAD Systems (AutoCAD and Inventor preferred);
  • Good communication skills;
  • English language proficiency at minimum B2 level
  • Strong problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to program and commission finished products
  • Experience in using ERP Systems (SAP preferred);
  • Good command in MS OFFICE;
  • Availability for business trips (e.g., claim investigations)
  • Category B driving license
