Job Description

Your responsibilities:

• lead four product development teams across different countries
• steer top development projects and manage development projects portfolio upon coordination with other technology functions like research & innovation or product line management
• manage development of new features or variants, product care and revisions for existing products which includes creation of design guidelines and data maintenance in PDM systems
• steer design to cost and design to manufacturing activities
• define standard operation procedures

Your profile

• Master of Engineering or equivalent
• five or more years of experience in an engineering leadership role in an international environment including cross-country and cross-culture leadership
• profound understanding of technical developments in heat exchanger products
• experience with classical and agile project management methods
• very good German and English language skills
• readiness to travel
