The Role:

You will join our local Order Management Department, with a strong focus on customer contact. On a daily basis, you will maintain direct contact with clients and collaborate with departments such as Purchasing, Controlling, Accounting, Quality, and Logistics regarding ongoing orders. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and very good communication abilities to successfully support the company’s sales operations. This is new role, located in Świebodzice (Poland).

What you will be responsible for:

  • Preparing commercial offers and quotations for customers.
  • Pricing manufactured products.
  • Entering and managing data in the ERP system.
  • Communicating with customers regarding offers and order fulfillment.
  • Checking the availability of materials, production capacity, and transportation options.
  • Collaborating with the design & technology department and the production department on the status of ongoing production orders.
  • Maintaining documentation, reports, and KPIs as assigned by the supervisor.
  • Preparing technical drawings for clients.

About you:

  • Higher technical education
  • Very good communication skills;
  • English language proficiency at minimum B2 level, knowledge of German language will be an additional advantage
  • Strong problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to program and commission finished products
  • Knowledge of technical drawings
  • Experience in using ERP Systems (SAP preferred);
  • Good command in MS OFFICE
  • Experience in sales departments
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems;
