岗位概述:
•协调亚太地区的质量管理系统
•确保完成内部和外部的质量目标和标准（如9001,14001,45001）
•维护和改进质量体系和流程及相关文件
•实施标准化质量工具和方法的质量规划
•在上级客户和供应商问题上发挥领导作用
岗位职责:
•优化和拓展质量管理体系以及相关的工具、方法和关键数据，为管理决策提供有力的数据支持；
•建立和维护质量管理文件，定期对质量文件进行评审与更新，确保文件的完整性、准确性和可操作性；
•统筹监督亚太地区的工艺和质量改进项目；
•定义和监控QHSE关键绩效指标，并根据关键绩效指标推导和推动纠正措施；
•内部和外部审计的有效监督和顺利实现。(系统/流程)
•客户、员工和供应商的全方位联络与沟通，关注内部质量的改进建议，提升员工的质量意识与参与度；
•质量管理方法的培训与指导 ；
•与HSE/ESG负责人合作完成重叠的安全项目；
•推动与实施亚太区质量倡议（工具和方法），营造全员参与质量管理的良好氛围；
•建立质量快速响应机制，及时与供应商和客户沟通协商，维持良好的合作关系，提升凯络文品牌；
•定期向上级提供专业的质量分析报告
关于你:
•教育背景：工程类、质量管理相关专业，本科及以上学历；
•工作经验：具备10年以上在机械设备生产企业从事质量保证与控制管理的工作经历，能精准把握行业质量动态，有效应对各类复杂质量问题，积累了深厚的实战经验与卓越的行业洞察力。
•体系标准认知：对质量管理体系和标准有极为深入的理解，包括但不限于ISO 9001、ISO 14001、ISO 45001、ISO 50001、ASME U美国机械工程师协会锅炉及压力容器规范、GB D相关国标、PED 欧盟承压设备指令相关标准以及海事认证等；
•语言能力：英语流利，可以作为工作语言；
•问题解决能力：对质量核心工具及方法论有深刻的认知，拥有突出的解决复杂问题能力，擅长运用根本原因分析工具，如5Why、PPAP、APQP ，统计工具的使用
•专业技能优先：熟悉焊接、钎焊、无损检测、涂装等关键工艺技术者将予以优先考虑。
•团队管理能力：具备卓越的领导和管理能力，能够管理多元化团队，擅长激发团队成员的工作积极性与创造力，促进团队成员间的协作与知识共享；

The Role:
- Harmonization of Integrated Management systems for Region APAC
- Ensure the fulfillment of internal and external quality targets and standards (i.e 9001,14001,45001)
- Maintenance and improvement of Quality Systems and processes and related documentation
- Implement a quality landscape of standardized quality tools and methodologies
- Taking leadership role in superior customer and supplier issues
What you will be responsible for:
- Optimization and expansion of the existing Quality Management System as well es related instruments, methods, and key figures
- Establishment and maintenance of Quality documents
- Initiation and supervision of process and quality improvement projects within the entire APAC region
- Definition and monitoring of QHSE KPIs, as well as deriving and driving corrective measures from these KPIs
- Overviewing and realization of internal and external audits. (system/process)
- Contact/escalation person for clients, employees, and supplier
- Training/Mentoring for executives and new employees about QM methods
- Cooperation with Head of HSE/ESG in overlapping safety projects
- Driving actively implementation of quality initiatives (tools and methodologies) in region APAC
- Overview major customer and supplier claims and support and drive corrective action
- Being centralized high level quality contact for major customer and supplier issues
- Create regular quality reports to VP Quality Management
About you:
- University degree or equivalent
- Further training as a quality representative in the respective standards and audit qualification (1st and 2nd auditor); Experienced in the usage of core tools (5why, ppap, apqp, etc)
- Experience in basic statistics ( cpk/MSA)
- Profound professional experience in setting up and developing quality management systems, experience in dealing with the standards DIN EN ISO 9001, 45001 and DIN EN ISO 14001.
- Profound knowledge about quality core tools and methodologies.
- Experience in problem solving and root cause analysis tools.
- Usage of statistical tools
- Leadership experience.
- Fluent English, written and spoken
- Teamwork and communication skills, organizational skills, and a high degree of resilience distinct achievement motivation
- Ambitious, performance-oriented, and responsible way of working
- Powerful and highly competent in execution
- Willingness to travel
