岗位概述:
- 生产战略的制定及实施，优化产能规划及全流程管理；
- 推动精益生产与自动化，提升效率、质量与成本管控；
- 高效团队管理，并完善质量、安全现场管理体系；
岗位职责:
• 支持预算规划、投资方案制定，参与公司运营中长期规划（工艺，产能规划，现场布局，人力规划）,发挥专业优势，确保计划合理可行；
•人员管理，目标设定及控制，全面的绩效和能力评估，人员培养及发展，持续推动员工的持续发展，激发成员的潜能；
•跨职能团队合作，持续参与新工艺、新技术的研发工作，为业务的持续增长提供有力支撑；
•推动流程改进优化工作，实现生产力的持续提升以及成本的降低；
•依据生产计划把控产能与质量水平，及时做出决策，确保生产活动的高效、稳定运行
•贯彻实施质量保证政策与策略，致力于实现交付质量的逐步提升；
关于你:
•教育背景：机械类相关专业，本科以上，扎实的专业理论基础；
•行业经验：丰富的生产工艺经验，全面的生产工艺知识，在机械制造行业至少15年工作经验，其中担任制造经理不少于5年，深度理解行业的运作模式与发展趋势；
•核心能力
工程技术能力：先进的制造工艺知识（计划，PFMEA知识，CIP思维，物料流等）
生产物流把控：精通生产物流结构与流程，优化库存管理，降低运营成本，提升运营效率
精益生产理念：深入了解精益生产的流程知识，善于运用精益生产工具与方法，消除浪费，提高生产效率；
问题解决与决策：敏锐的洞察力与分析能力，运用科学的方法制定解决方案，确保生产运行；
领导能力：卓越的领导才能，有效激励团队，引导团队目标达成，推动组织持续发展；
语言能力：英语可以作为工作语言。

The Role:
- Formulation and implementation of production strategy, optimization of capacity planning and whole process management;
- Promote lean production and automation to improve efficiency, quality and cost control;
- Efficient team management, and improve the quality, safety site management system;
What you will be responsible for:
- Support Budget, Capex investment plan, mid-term and short-term planning processes (process capability and capacity planning/ shop floor layout planning/ manpower planning, etc.)
- People Leadership (Target setting and controlling, performance and competency appraisal, feedback and recognition, personnel placement planning and people development, etc.).
- Lead the cross-function team to work on developing new process and new manufacturing technology to assure the business growth sustainably.
- Drive the process improvement to result in a continuous productivity increase and cost reduction.
- Providing guidance and timely decisions for the daily operations
- Assure sufficient factory output on adequate quality level according to production program.
- Implement quality assurance policies and strategies throughout all the process to achieve delivery quality improvement year over year.
Perform other duties as assigned.
About you:
- University bachelor degree or above in mechanical or related.
- Substantial experiences and knowledge of manufacturing process is essential.
- At least 15 years working experiences in mechanical manufacturing environment with minimum 5 years’ experience as Manufacturing Manager or above.
- Engineering Capability, state-of-the-art Knowledge of Manufacturing Process (Planning skills, PFMEA knowledge, CIP mindset, material flow, etc.).
- Production Logistic Structure and Process.
- Problem Solving and Decision Making. Ability with complex Issues involving multivariable.
- Leadership capability.
- Process Knowledge of Lean Production.
