AI Engineering and Automatization Specialist (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben

• Sie entwickeln KI-basierte Anwendungen mit Azure AI, Copilot Studio und der Power Platform.
• Sie erstellen effiziente Automatisierungs- und Workflow-Lösungen, die unsere Prozesse messbar verbessern.
• Sie integrieren AI-Use Cases nahtlos in bestehende Enterprise-Systeme wie SQL, SAP BW oder MS Fabric.
• Sie unterstützen die Einführung, Skalierung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung produktiver AI-Lösungen.
• Sie wirken am Aufbau wiederverwendbarer AI-Komponenten und Templates mit.
• Sie arbeiten eng mit dem AI Solution Architect sowie globalen Fachbereichen zusammen.
• Sie erstellen Anwenderdokumentationen, führen Trainings durch und begleiten die Nutzung neuer Lösungen in den Teams.
• Sie bringen sich in Projekte rund um Digitalisierung, Automatisierung und Künstliche Intelligenz ein.

Ihre Qualifikation

• Sie verfügen über ein technisches Studium (z. B. Informatik) oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung sowie erste praktische Erfahrung in Software- oder KI-Entwicklung
• Sie bringen Kenntnisse in Python oder einer ähnlichen Programmiersprache sowie Erfahrung im Umgang mit APIs und Systemintegration mit.
• Sie verfügen über erste Erfahrung oder großes Interesse an Azure AI Services, Copilot Studio, der Power Platform und Automatisierungs-Workflows.
• Sie besitzen ein grundlegendes Verständnis für AI-Use Cases in der produzierenden Industrie, idealerweise aus Projekten oder Praktika.
• Sie arbeiten sicher mit Datenbanken (SQL, SAP BW, MS Fabric) und BI-Tools wie Power BI.
• Sie verfügen über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
• Sie denken analytisch, strukturiert und lösungsorientiert.
• Sie arbeiten selbstständig, proaktiv und kommunikationsstark – und bringen Motivation sowie Teamgeist mit, um gemeinsam nachhaltige Ergebnisse zu erreichen.

Your Responsibilities

• You develop AI‑based applications using Azure AI, Copilot Studio, and the Power Platform.
• You create efficient automation and workflow solutions that measurably improve our processes.
• You integrate AI use cases seamlessly into existing enterprise systems such as SQL, SAP BW, or MS Fabric.
• You support the introduction, scaling, and continuous enhancement of productive AI solutions.
• You contribute to building reusable AI components and templates.
• You work closely with the AI Solution Architect as well as with global business departments.
• You create user documentation, conduct trainings, and support teams in adopting new solutions.
• You contribute to projects related to digitalization, automation, and artificial intelligence.

Your Qualifications

• You hold a technical degree (e.g., Computer Science) or a comparable qualification, and have initial practical experience in software or AI development.
• You have knowledge of Python or a similar programming language, as well as experience with APIs and system integration.
• You have initial experience or a strong interest in Azure AI Services, Copilot Studio, the Power Platform, and automation workflows.
• You have a basic understanding of AI use cases in the manufacturing industry, ideally gained through projects or internships.
• You are proficient in working with databases (SQL, SAP BW, MS Fabric) and BI tools such as Power BI.
• You have very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
• You think analytically, work in a structured and solution‑oriented manner.
• You work independently, proactively, and communicate effectively — and you bring motivation and team spirit to achieve sustainable results together.
