The role:

Your main responsibilities will include developing and implementing sales strategies, expanding and evaluating the partner network, leading commercial negotiations, and managing complex sales projects.
Responsibilities:
•    Performance Oversight: Manage all sales activities of portfolio of heat exchangers within the assigned EE countries, directly as well as through OEM’s, Partners and Agents
•    Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies for designated Eastern European (EE) countries to serve and grow the customer base effectively.
•    Network Development: Evaluate and enhance the network of Partners and Agents. Renew agreements with existing Partners or establish collaborations with new ones.
•    Performance Monitoring: Regularly review and assess sales performance of Partners and Agents.
•    Leadership & Support: Provide leadership, guidance, and support to Partners and Agents, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives and profitability goals.
•    Forecasting: Prepare regular accurate order intake forecasts and identify growth opportunities in line with company strategy.
•    CRM Management: Develop and manage sales opportunities in the CRM system.
•    Sales Coordination: Collaborate with the Inside Sales Application Engineers to follow up on calculations and quotes.
•    Project Leadership: Manage complex sales projects / processes with Partners and Agents.
•    Contract Negotiations: Lead technical and commercial contract negotiations when necessary.
•    Market Research: Monitor global and EE market trends to identify new opportunities.
•    Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis with the Market Intelligence (MI) team for medium- to long-term planning.
•    Lead Generation: Generate leads, monitor competitors, and stimulate market interest.
•    Order Processing: Oversee order handling and transfer to operations as required.
•    Knowledge Sharing: Enhance the performance of Partners and Agents by sharing best practices and expertise.

Requirements:
•    Experience: Proven track record in international sales and / or business development. 
•    Education: Degree in Engineering is preferred.
•    Languages: Proficiency in English is mandatory; knowledge of another Eastern European language or German (excluding Polish) is an asset.
•    Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office and experienced in using CRM systems.
•    Personal Traits: 
     o    Self-motivated and proactive.
     o    Strong customer focus and sales acumen.
     o    Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across various organizational levels.
     o    Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
     o    Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
     o    Organized and systematic approach to work.
     o    Actively searching / penetrating market for new sales opportunities and leads 
•    Location: living close to A4 highway Zielona Góra – Kraków or within max 1,5h drive distance to Opole ( regular visits in the office )
•    Experience in sales of complicated industrial application equipment 
•    Base knowledge about thermodynamics
•    At least bachelor technical degree. Preferred in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics,  Production Management and Engineering (ZIP) etc. 
•    No criminal record
